Prescription of exercise is as important in people’s schedules as is food intake, sleep, and even playtime. Although, many people are often unaware of this fact, and simply look at exercise as an extracurricular activity. They may be right that it is a choice, but we should never see a sedentary lifestyle as a positive thing. It is vital in almost all segments of our lives, helping us get better sleep and better mental and even physical health. Physical activity enables clients to get relief from pressures, depression, and anxiety indicating relief. It also helps in weight loss, something that you experience any time you are relieved of a powerful energy boost after a workout.

Doctors recommend that to maintain or improve our health we should engage in physical activity for about half an hour in most of the days of the week. This can include walking, running, or playing various types of sporting activities for instance football.
